Production lead time varies, but we aim to have all orders in the mail within 2 business days. Once the package is handed off to the third party carrier (USPS) you will receive tracking information to be able to track its journey. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued in the event the package encounters a delay in transit. 

International orders are taking 2-4 weeks to arrive to their destination.
